Frequently Asked Questions

Since its inception, Labdx4u.com has provided thousands of lab tests online and at clinics, satisfying numerous customers. The founder, a former healthcare industry professional, launched Labdx4u.com after realizing the prohibitive costs of lab tests for many people. His vision wasn't to profit from those who are uninsured or paying out of pocket but rather to offer lab tests at more accessible prices by leveraging volume over high costs. We aim to make lab tests affordable so individuals can manage their health better without financial strain, potentially accessing necessary medications at little to no cost.

Ordering is straightforward in just five steps: use our site to locate a lab, enter your information, select the tests you need by name or code, complete your payment, and print out the lab order.

Labdx4u.com partners with CLIA-certified laboratories, allowing our customers to visit any CLIA-certified laboratory location within the state they registered. Should you require services in another state, simply register again with a new email and address, though your phone number can remain the same.

Your results will be posted online within 1-3 days of testing. You'll be notified via email when they're available, and you can log in to the Labdx4u.com portal to view and download them.

We do not track the progress of lab processing. Most standard tests are completed within 2-3 days, but more specialized tests sent to facilities in California, Virginia, or elsewhere may take up to two weeks.

You can download and print your results directly from our website. If needed, we can also fax them to your physician at no extra charge.
