Refund

You may cancel an order if: (1) you have not had your blood drawn and (2) the order is cancelled within six months of the date it was purchased. If the order is canceled within six months from the purchase date, the purchase price will be refunded minus a credit card transaction/processing fee of 4.5%.  If not cancelled within the six-month period, any unused order will lapse and there will be no refund or credit.
